Out Line on CTC offer • Flexi Benefit Plan: • FBP provides flexibility to an employee to factor the amount under various components as per his choice within his eligible limits • Under FBP components are HRA, CONV., SPL Allowance which are paid on monthly basis and LTA, MEDI are periodical reimbursements • Annual unclaimed amount will be paid as special allowance along with March salary • Detail entitlements will be attached in the Appointment letter
