The WECC PCC has resolved to endorse the POTF whitepaper titled "A New Paradigm for Path Operations." Resolved that the WECC PCC endorse the POTFwhitepaper "A New Paradigm for Path Operations": endorsement means general concurrence with the new paradigm; provided that concerns raised by the PCC, as provided by PCC Members by October 17, 2014 to WECC Staff, be addressed when moving forward with the new paradigm.
