Recommendations Breakdown • Recommendations: • Manage for “Main Street” Availability – City Council • Continue & Expand Employee Permit Parking – Redevelopment Commission & Police Department • Improve Garage Management – Redevelopment Commission • Review Cummins Transportation and Implement TDM Measures – Cummins • Address Accessibility – City Engineering • Invest in Technology & Enforcement – Police Department • Streamline Governance/Reg./Policy – Parking Committee • Update Zoning – Planning Department • Expand Pedestrian, Bicycle & Transit Infrastructure – Planning Department & MPO • Invest in Wayfinding Signage – Redevelopment Commission & Visitors Center • Add On-Street Parking – City Engineering • Add Off-Street Parking – City Council

Recommendations Breakdown • Recommendations: • Manage for “Main Street” Availability – City Council • Amend the Parking Ordinance to remove language that is no longer necessary • Shift decision making power to the Board of Public Works and Safety • Eliminate the graduated fine structure – 1st ticket is Free any subsequent ticket is $50 • Better parking signage and parking maps of Downtown with parking identified • Continue & Expand Employee Permit Parking – Redevelopment Commission & Police Department • Align the surface lot pricing and the garage pricing • Improve Garage Management – Redevelopment Commission • Lower the gates in both Garages • Eliminate designated parking spaces in the JSPG • Oversell the JSPG to visitors/customers downtown (pay as you park with no time limits) • Review Cummins Transportation and Implement TDM Measures – Cummins
