Key initiatives include new wayfinding signs, merchant meetings, and community engagement through letters and advertisements. Notable changes include simplified pricing, removal of parking restrictions, and enhancement of loading zones. Data analysis reveals heavy parking use in certain blocks and indicates opportunities for improvement.
