  1. Independent Records & Video Goal: Create a customized campaign to increase traffic into Independent Record’s 7 locations and to help Independent Records create their own mobile marketing club. Campaign: Utilize on-air, on-site, website and mobile marketing components to create a 360 degree campaign. Increase on-air exposure by including station’s sponsorships with on-air giveaways, and help create a mobile club by having Independent Records sponsor two “high profile” concert “text-to-win” campaigns. Results: Total: 9,935 Texts for Justin Bieber and6,506 Texts for Lady Gaga. Almost 200 “uniques”- (different people) re-texted to Independent Records for a chance to win a $100 gift card. Independent Records was very pleased with this start to their own mobile marketing club. Coming to a radio station near you “Overview”

  3. PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN ON 98.9 MAGIC FM April through July 2010 April:Record Day with Independent Records It’s the biggest day of the year for Independent Records. Supporting the “independents” of Colorado Springs, with the annual “Record Day”. Live music, discounts and new releases! 98.9 Magic FM will promote record day in the following ways: by being on-site with a live remote: Sat., Apr. 17th from 4p-6p, a promotional website cube ad on 989magicfm.com with a link to beindependent.com, and through a sponsorship of D-Rock’s Straight Up at Six. Straight Up at Six is a high-profile sponsorship where listeners vote on their top music picks. Each night at 6pm, D-Rock counts down the top 6 songs of the day. D-Rock will give away an Independent Record $25 certificate nightly the week prior to Record Day: (4/12-4/16). Sponsorship includes min. 25 mentions per week. Total commercials and mentions per month: 88+25 = 113 – Total: $1,460 Remote includes add’l: 15 promos, 4 live call-ins and Talent. - $220 – Total Monthly investment: $1,680. May:”Sly McFly” Sponsorship George McFly brings a new, hot feel to the “George McFly Experience” – the new morning show on 98.9 Magic FM. Independent Records can be an exciting part of the morning show by sponsoring the “Sly McFly” sponsorship. Each weekday morning George McFly asks a trivia question – the first correct answer wins a $25 gift certificate from Independent Records. For the promotion, you’ll receive min. 15 mentions per week, and be supported with a two week campaign (see attached), along with a website cube ad with direct link to the “beindependent.com” website. Independent Records provides (5) $25 gift certificates. Total commercials & mentions per month: 88+15= 103 – Total: $1,460 June: Justin Bieber Text-to-Win & July:Lady Gaga Text-to-Win: KKMG & Independent Records will partner for 4-week text-to-win campaigns for each of the following concerts: Justin Bieber (June promotion – July 8th concert) and Lady Gaga (July promotion – July 28th concert). EACH Text contest will include a bounce back message to everyone who enters with a discount coupon for Independent Records* The bounceback will also include an alternate text # to win a $100 gift card to Independent Records to build the Independent mobile marketing club. EACH Text to Win promotion includes Independent Records inclusion in: (30) promos per week – total: 120, logo on landing page of website feature, and (2) E-Blasts Newsletters. *Additional $500 added to each monthly commercial campaign.
