New entries OPEL ASTRA H SERVICE INTERVAL SETTING The procedure allows to set up the service program according to the manufacturer specs, in order to the country. 1 = 5000 km Cile, Taiwan 2 = 7500 km Malta, Marocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Cape Verde 3 = 10000 km Oman, Qatar, Arabia, Filippine, Siria,Lebanon, Kuwait, Arab Emirates, Cina, Bahrein, India, Giordania, Honk Kong 4 = 15000 km Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Estonia, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Australia/New Zeland Israel, Japan, Mexico, Singapore , Other NON EU countries 5 = 30000 km remaining european countries, engine type Z30LER or others, or FAP equipped

  25. New entries OPEL ASTRA H AIRBAG CONFIGURATION In case of replacing the airbag ECU, through this function is possible to set it in order to the installed components/options. WARNING: Please follow carefully each step shown by the tool ! After reading all the information from the old ECU, it will ask to exit the diagnostic, and with ignition OFF, the battery disconnection too ( please be sure of the internal battery charge’s level ! ) . Then it will ask to connect the new ECU, start the diagnostic and once in comunication the old value will be loaded.

  26. New entries RENAULT MEGANE II - Engine Management BOSCH EDC 16 - INJECTOR CODING • As most of common rail systems, also this one needs to know each injector code installed in each cylinder. In case of replacing one or all the injectors, the new codes (written on the injector’s body or in the documentation delivered with) must be sent to the ECU to replace the old ones. • This function allow to to that, just selecting the cylinder ID and following each step shown by the tool. Each injector’s code is 6 digits/letters. • Please note: • Digits 0 or 9 and letters J and Q are not accepted by the ECU ( so, normally they are not present ) • French cars typically have the cylinder #1 placed to the GEARBOX side • In case of replacement of ALL injectors, you can select the option “1-2-3-4” from the list of functions, and the tool will ask for all codes step by step automatically.

  27. New entries RENAULT MEGANE II - Engine Management BOSCH EDC 16 – F.A.P. regeneration This procedure permits to run the F.A.P. REGENERATION, and it must be used ONLY when the FAP warning lamp is ON. Please take care about it, because during the regeneration phase the exaust pipe and the FAP will reach very high temperature values. Due to that, please check for NO OCCLUSIONS in the exaust pipe and run it only with the vehicle placed on a clean pavement. WARNING: Run the regeneration function ONLY with the engine at the operating temperature ( 80°C). To be sure of it, just check the engine temp value at the LIVE DATA page.

  28. New entries FIAT PUNTO 05 - CLIMA DENSO Steppers Basic Settings In case of replacing Clima ECU or air distribution’s actuators (steppers), this procedure needs to be runt. It will allow the ECU to learn the range of each stepper Warning: Remember to run the procedure with engine OFF.

New entries FIAT PUNTO 05 PROXY SERVERCONFIGURATION ( body network setup ) The body network ECU needs to know all the other ECUs connected to the network, and that depends to the installed options on the vehicle. The procedure is automatic, just run it. Please mind that it could be better to check first if this is necessary; looking at the live data page is possible to see if the setup needs to be done. LAND ROVER – Engine Management DDE 4 Idle setting In case of need, the idle can be increased or decreased through this function. Please note that the idle can be changed by selecting some preset values programmed by the manufacturer in the ECU. Note: the adjustment will take effect at the next engine start

New entries RENAULT MEGANE II Engine Management SIEMENS 1.2 & 1.5 dCI Fuel line/H.P. pump Bleeding Through this function is possible to bleed the low pressure fuel line and refill the HP pump when replaced or because maintenance/repars. Once set, the ECU will act a strategy that will be performed at the next engine start. How to: 1 = Run the function 2 = Leave the diagnosis 3 = Switch ignition Off, then wait for Immobilizer warning light ON 4 = Push START key and wait WARNING: Don’t leave the car or do something else until engine will start! Cranking will be performed 20 seconds late (approx.)

New entries FIAT PUNTO 99 Engine Management BOSCH ME 7.3.4 EOBD Throttle box basic setting In case of ECU or electronic throttle box replacing, the throttle position must be learnt by the system to manage properly the idle. Here the steps to do: 1 = Switch ignition On and wait 60 seconds 2 = Switch ignition Off and wait 15 seconds 3 = Start with the diagnostic, then check out the relating items at the live data’s page to be sure that the procedure could be succesfully done WARNING: during the procedure, DON’T TOUCH any pedal ( gas, clutch, brake, or A/T Selector lever )

  33. New entries FIAT STILO Engine Management MARELLI IAW 5NF EOBD Throttle box basic setting As per the previouse system, here too the procedure for electronic throttle box basic setting. Remember to clear the fault memory before proceeding with it. To be sure of the procedure’s completion, mind to check at the live data page the item relating to the learnt throttle position, that must be OK (if “not ok” check all done steps and repeat it in case).

New entries FIAT STILO Engine Management MARELLI IAW 5NF EOBD VEHICLE SETUP RESET Through this function the vehicle configuration stored in the engine ECU ( depending to the installed options like Abs, clima, A/T, electric sterring power and so on) will be renewed. NOTE: Run this function in case of erratic configuration only or if trying/installing a second hand ECU

  35. New entries NEW VW Airbag configuration procedure • All the new airbag units must be coded in order to the units/options installed on each individual • veichle. For all VW-AUDI models equipped with CAN Airbag’s version, here it is possible to do it in 3 • different ways. • Manually • You must have a CODE to fill in, 5 digits.If less than 5, please put some “0” (zero) BEFORE the • digits • Copy&Paste • The following steps must be RESPECTED ! • Start with the OLD ECU, so it has to work in therms of autodiagnostic • The REFERENCE CODE ( spare part #) MUST BE EXACTLY THE SAME. If small difference found or in case of doubts, please stop ! Once set, the procedure is irreversible! • Follow carefully each step shown by the tool during the procedure • Before starting with it, be sure about the charge level of the INTERNAL BATTERY OF THE TOOL ( the procedure will ask to disconnect the veichle’s battery) • Colour code • New ECUs are delivered in a carton box where you can see the spare part #: just near it you can find the “colour code”, 3 digits or letters, and the first one that is always “0” (zero) must be not considered

New entries PEUGEOT 1007 ABS/ESP MK60 Steering wheel sensor calibration In case of dismounting/replacing parts like steering wheel or the sensor, or maintenance on the alignment, the calibration on the steering wheel sensor must be done. This function allows to do it. WARNING: Stop the car in a flat part of floor, no loads on, wheels aligned properly, then run the procedure. WHEEL SENSOR CALIBRATION CLEARING In case of need , the stored calibration can be erased. Please note that this must be done BEFORE dismounting the sensor.
