Attending the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Gary Guion earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at the McCombs School of Business. He subsequently joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP’s Boston office as a global risk management solutions associate. He maintained a corporate performance rating within the top five percent of the company. Gary Guion led the comprehensive turnaround of DaimlerChrysler’s underperforming extranet, and helped develop and implement a provisioning system that enabled American Airlines to reduce costs associated with acquiring and discharging employees.
As founder and president of D&G Investment Group, Inc., Gary Guion leads a firm that maintains diverse private equity, real estate, and commercial construction contracting revenue streams. Established in 2004, the company surpassed revenue targets of $1 million during its initial year in business and now generates construction revenue flow in the eight-figure range. Gary Guion and his team have planned and implemented numerous ground-up development projects and have overseen the acquisition of multifamily assets encompassing more than 4,000 units and valued at $200 million, on behalf of a partnership.
Before founding D & G Consulting Group in 2004, Gary Guion spent several years serving as an Associate for prominent investment firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, L.L.P. Guion joined the firm in 2002, shortly after graduating from the McCombs School of Business with a Kimberly-Clark MIS 333K Scholarship Award in Project Management. Working out of offices in both Texas and Massachusetts, Guion handled duties ranging from customer liaising to oversight of new product releases.
