  1. UCM Reporting and Analytics Conceptualization

  2. By selecting any view, a user has essentially defined the data set for use in charting, analyzing, reporting.

  3. A third option will be presented when clicking on “Report” vs today.

  4. User will click on create a new report/graph, or click on link below to expose previously saved reports for the active view. Note: this button will ONLY be available if the user has been granted “Advanced” authority by an administrator (see other slides on this topic). Also – let’s change “Regular” to “Standard” on existing button. Advanced +Saved

  5. Clicking on “+ Saved” will open/drop down a list of reports available to that user. Some are “Personal”, others shared with them based on a role, or specifically. To the right of “personal” (My Reports) reports is an icon that can be hovered over to see who the current user shared with (similar to views today) To the right of Shared Reports reports is an icon that can be hovered over to see who shared with the current user (similar to views today) To the right of personal or shared reports will be an Email icon. A user may click on this icon to send a STATIC version of the report to a specific user(s), role or “report group”. Advanced +Saved • My Reports • Total PR’s by Qtr • Branded vs. Generic by Quarter • Shared Reports • Year over Year PR’s by Type • Branded vs. Generic by Client Type S S S

  6. Clicking on “Advanced” will open the “Create new Report” wizard, allowing the user to create a chart, graph, report, etc. The user will be prompted to save any report or discard. When saving, they will specify if the report is personal or to be shared. Shared reports may be associated with roles and/or specific users. Shared reports are subject to the security profile of each user. Thus if a user with access to all records shares with a user who may only see half the records and only certain fields, the second user may see only a subset of records. Essentially, when the second user runs the report, the parameters of the view created by the original user are applied to the security profile of the second. NOTE: if necessary, we could use a phased approach for developing – allowing only “Personal” reports in V1, then adding Shared later. Advanced +Saved • My Reports • Total PR’s by Qtr • Branded vs. Generic by Quarter • Shared Reports • Year over Year PR’s by Type • Branded vs. Generic by Client Type S S S

  7. All reports created for a view will be available to the user in an enterprise tab. This is essentially an accumulation of all reports a user would see (personal and shared) in each view. Like all tabs, this tab may be controlled at the company level by iContracts and/or at the user level by an administrator. Reports
