  2. TEST TYPES • American Language Course Placement Test (ALCPT) • Oral Proficiency Test (OPT)Levels- A, A+, B,B+, C, C+, D • NATO STANAG 6001(end of 2003) • International English Language Testing System (IELTS) • English Comprehension Test (ECL)

  3. TESTING SYSTEM’S STANDARDIZATION • NATO STANAG 6001 Testing Team (established on Sept’2002) • NATO STANAG 6001 Test (launching- beginning of 2004)

  4. COURSE REQUIREMENTS • General ELTC (8-10 months)- ALCPT 0-80 • Beginners ELTC (4 months) ALCPT 0-50 • Intermediate ELTC (5 months) ALCPT 50-75 • Advanced ELTC (6 months) ALCPT 80- STANAG level 3333
