  4. Full operations of Volvo by September 2013

  5. Secure full dealership accreditation of Nissan San Pablo, Nissan Lipa and Nissan Dasma before the merger of Nissan UMC and NMPI

  6. Make sure that the targets of the Auto Group, Carmax and Ancillary Businesses (Insurance and Accessories) are met.
