How to Participate • Get the data from your LMS • Your LMS Vendor has made it easy • Contact your LMS Vendor for procedures • DVI, Optifacts, CC Systems, Optivision are set-up now • Vision Star will be ready soon • Upload your data to the OLA program • Just four easy steps • You can also enter the data manually – no LMS needed! • Print the report immediately – and any time you want!

  7. Submit data from a LMS file Find the file from your LMS system Then upload the file

It’s that easy! • That’s all it takes to submit your data every month. • The report is available from the same website. • Print the report right then and there. • Get the report again after the middle of the month, when more labs have submitted data. • No LMS in your lab – “No worries!” • You can enter the data manually. • Collect the data, logon to the website, add the data.
