Analysis & Evaluation of Police Reform:Opportunities for SIPR Informing discussions of how policing might be organised and delivered (Critical Issues in Policing Seminar Programme); Coordinating work around analysis and evaluation ( Researching Police Reform Working Group) Supporting research into the impacts of reform: How will citizens experience and perceive local policing? What is the impact on the capacity and effectiveness of the police? Will the reforms deliver the substantial financial savings? How will the new arrangements for governance and accountability work?; How will the reforms impact on those working in police organisations in terms of careers, roles and responsibilities, and professional development?
