Class Scheduling and Course Enrolment Collection of Course Offering Information (by Academic Units) Step 1 – Pre-Enrolment (March for 1stSem / October for 2ndSem) Collection of Section Information (by Academic Units) Class Scheduling by using Demand-Driven Approach (by Registry) Release of Class Schedules to Teachers and Students (Late July for 1st Sem / Mid December for 2nd Sem) Step 2 – Course Enrolment (One Week before Class Commencement) Step 3 – Course Add/Drop (8 Working Days starting from the 1st Day of Classes)

Scheduling Priorities • All courses (CM, GE, RE/MI, DE and FE) are assigned by the system according to the following priority: Year Level: Year 4 → Year 3 → Year 2 → Year 1 Course Type: CM → GE → RE/MI → DE → FE Randomly assigned if all the above criteria are the same • The scheduling priority for the retake courseswill be the lowest.
