  1. Habit 7 – Sharpen the Saw

  2. Habit 7 – Sharpen the Saw Habit 7 is all about keeping your personal self “sharp” so that you can better deal with life and so that you feel that you are worth a lot! • It means renewing and strengthening the four key dimensions of your life – your body, your brain, your heart and your soul. • It is important to have balance between all four dimensions; think of a car – it runs best when there is an equal amount of air in ALL of the tires.

  3. BODY You are what you eat… Breakfast Lunch Dinner Exercise GO! Relax (Going to bed on time)

  4. MIND Learn something new! Brain Games- Discovery, Learning, Travel Channel! FreeRice.com- rice giveaway Mashable.com- list of sites

  5. HEART • The best way to nourish your heart is to focus on building relationships, or to make deposits into your self-bank. • Laughter truly is the “best medicine.” Why? Because laughter keeps our hearts healthy and strong. Video - YouTube - 

  6. SOUL • JOURNAL: If you were the perfect you… what would you be like? • Volunteers to share? • Strive to be this, but don’t get discouraged if you make mistakes. It’s important to have goals but just important to unconditionally love ourselves.

  7. I hope your saw feels a little sharper now!
