Faculty/Student Data (FSD) Claiming New for EOC Claiming
To Give a Teacher Log In Access for Claiming: • If a Group Information Sheet has been turned in for a teacher, they will have already been assigned a Login Name and Password. • School Admin or Building Test Coordinator MUST click on “Login Enabled” check box to ensure that the teacher can access the website. • Double check Teacher Licensure # for accuracy. • Primary Role should be “Teacher (Can Claim)” • You must do this for each teacher who will be claiming students at your school.
