SOURCES OF JOB OFFERS AT WHARTON WG'09 Internships WG'08 Full Time Off-campus recruiting % On-campus recruiting % • While on-campus recruiting remains the dominant source of offers, employment from off -campus opportunities is increasing and will continue to be important in this economy. • Sources of off-campus recruiting include: MBA Job Board, previous employer, Wharton alumni contacts, career fairs, Career Trek networking, Alma Mater, MBACM contact, family business, Wharton Research Center contact, not specified.

MBACM JOB SEARCH SUPPORT INITIATIVES • Created and filled 3 new full time positions • Global Careers Advisor • Associate Director - Employer Services • Senior Associate Director - Alumni Services • Conduct regular domestic and international outreach to build relationships and generate job opportunities: • Visited over 25 cities across 12 countries • Met with 330+ companies and 300+ alumni • Expanded Networking programming and Mock Interview Program to focus on developing informational meeting skills • Facilitating 2nd Year Job Search Actions Groups

MBACM JOB GENERATION INITIATIVES • Executing Updated Resume Book Program • Targeted Employer Outreach • New York City Career Fair • Hosted in partnership with Wharton Alumni Club of NY to target employers with later timed needs • 13 employers participated; 50+ student/alumni attendees • Leveraging school relationships to create 50+ school subsidized internships via 3 programs - $200,000 in funding secured • Wharton Interactive Media Initiative (WIMI) • Wharton Small Business Development Center (SBDC) • Wharton Social Impact Corps • Attending Global Alumni Forums (Dubai, Bógota, Beijing)
