Demo: Account-to-Cash Transfer via SMS • Video recap: • Client sends SMS to TagPay with “sendcash recipient# amount” • TagPay calls Client and asks them to confirm the transfer by entering their passcode. • The transaction is confirmed and the withdrawal code is shared with the sender via the IVR. • The sender must note this withdrawal code and share it with the recipient.
Recipient can withdraw the transfer from an Agent • The Agent must be authorized to cash out from transfer in their COS • Agent may use: • TagPay1600 • e.TagPay
Demo: Cash withdrawal via Agent’s e.TagPay terminal • Video Recap: • Agent first logs in to their e.TagPay terminal web interface (login protected by NSDT) • Agent clicks on “Cashout Transfer” icon • Agent enters the amount of the cash withdrawal and the transfer recipient’s phone number • TagPay calls the transfer recipient and asks them to provide the 5 digit withdrawal code via DTMF • The IVR then asks the recipient to bring their phone towards the Agent’s computer where it “hears” the NSDT signal signing the withdrawal transaction • Confirmation appears on the Agent’s interface and is sent to the Client via SMS

Demo: Cash-to-Cash Transfer via Agent’s TagPay1600 terminal • Video Recap: • In the Agent’s TagPay application on their 1600 terminal they select “cash-in” from the main menu • Selects “to transfer” • Agent enters their PIN code • Agent enters the transfer amount • Sending Client enters their own phone number • Transfer amount and fees are displayed and the sender enters the recipient’s # • After confirming the details entered, the sending client is called by the platform and signs the cash transfer by placing their phone in the Agent’s terminal • The withdrawal code is displayed on the Agent’s terminal and must be noted by the sender who will then share it with the recipient.

Transfer Fees & Commissions • Fees and commissions are labled according to: user_channel_transaction. When a second party is implicated this is indicated with a ":" followed by the party type (e.g. :agent) • In the case of transfers: • user = Client • Channel = ivr, SMS, POS(includes e-tagpay), web, API • Transaction = gift, transfer, transfertocash, cashtotransfer, cashfromtransfer • 2nd party = merchant, agent
