  4. Annual Chapter Reports • Request: Oct 22, 2012 • Due: Dec 17, 2012 • Format: Being updated • Change in nominations for Outstanding Chapter Award • All nominees will be recognized at presentaton • You tube video!

  5. Special Achievement Awards • Really Important !! • Created to acknowledge achievement of an individual or chapter project • SAA projects will be highlighted at ALF with OCA with extra day (in response to resolution)

  6. Healthy People 2020 Chapter Grant • Health Communication & Social Media Focus • RFP: Jan 1, 2013 • Due: Mar 31, 2013 • 5 awards: One per chapter size One additional Chapter

  7. Resolution Tracking • 2011 resolutions included in workbook • Assigned to committee, section, council • Response to top ten resolutions • Posted on AAP district site • Will be managed by CFMC partnering with DVC

  8. Chapter Annual Report Compendium • AAP staff reviewing chapter reports • Compendium will be sent to chapter officers this summer • “Bright Idea Section”

  9. District Portfolios • Snapshot of each district • Executive summary • Analysis of chapters in district • Chapter goals & activities • Quality improvement initiatives • Finances • Membership retention & recruitment • Governance
