Sept. 1997 – Request from Hebeda and Silva to former WIF about measurement in Vika June 1998 – decision to start VMF Latvia (and Estonia) Education of local manager, start and inauguration – autumn of 1998 1999 Decision in Management Board to provide measurement services to other companies 2000 – WIF merged in VMF Qbera, incl. shares in VMF Latvia 2002 - request to VMF Nord and VMF Syd about partnership in VMF Latvia and VMF Estonia. Postponed. ”Milestones” – VMF Latvia (1)
