  2. Open the Device Manager Shut down your laptop FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO FIX YOUR LAPTOP Click the Start button and search Device Manager andclick open. Unplug the power cable and remove the battery from your laptop. RESTART LAPTOP Click Batteries Right-click on battery drivers and choose Uninstall device. These will automatically be reinstalled when you restart your laptop. Put the battery back, Plug in your laptop, connect charger and Power on your laptop. Click the battery icon to check if its charging now.

  3. REPLACE BATTERY If the problem is not resolved by following the given steps, then perhaps it is time to buy a new battery to replace the old one.
