  3. eLearning for All - A F@do Methodology The methodology is designed to assist disadvantaged people increase social and professional skills for employment and ensure access to the Information Society. It provides practical tools to manage: • The whole training provision cycle (survey, organisation, development, evaluation) 2.Collaboration and networking among local partnerships 3.Use of a blended learning process (instructional design, e-tutoring, e-evaluation)
