Implementation of BACT for VOC and HAP Emissions Control in Pinedale Area

This document details the Best Available Control Technology (BACT) requirements for minor sources in the Pinedale area, mandating a minimum 98% destruction efficiency for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). Facilities must achieve these requirements within 60 days post start-up for specific emissions: VOC flashing emissions equal to or greater than 20 tons per year (TPY) and total HAP emissions greater than or equal to 5 TPY. This includes emissions from storage tanks, pressure vessels, dehydration processes, and pneumatic heat trace pump vent lines.
