Discover the myPhxAZ app, your gateway to citizen engagement in Phoenix. Available on the Android Marketplace, simply search for “myPhxAZ” to install it on your phone. After installation, take a guided tour to familiarize yourself with its features. Navigate through the app to report any issues directly by selecting "Report Issue". You can describe the problem, add photos, and use GPS for location precision. Enter your contact information so the district can follow up if necessary. Empower your community voice with just a few taps!

  2. Find Android Marketplace on your phone.

  3. Search “myPhxAZ” in the marketplace and install the app.

  4. myPhxAZ • Once installed, open the app and take a tour.

  5. Phoenix • You can navigate this app by selecting an icon from the menu bar.

  6. Select “Report Issue” within the app and this will demonstrate how citizens may file a complaint directly.

  7. Citizens may choose the description of an issue they would like to report.

  8. Include a photo(s).

  9. Include a text or recorded audio note.

  10. Set location using the phone’s GPS software.

  11. Enter reporter information to enable the district to contact citizen on reported issue if needed.

  12. Review & Submit • The complaint is then sent.

  14. Contact • Touch address to get directions.

  15. Directory • Touch phone number to call.
