  14. (๓)นางสอเฉ้งอายุ ๗๖ ปี เป็น DM มาเกือบ๒๐ ปี แล้ว creatinine เมื่อ กุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๕๖ ได้ ๑.๒๒ ญาติ ไปปลุกตอนเช้าสลึมสลือไม่ตื่น พาไปรพสต. ราไวย์ Dtx 44

  15. ยาที่กินอยู่ GB 1/2 x 2 Metformin 1x2 Amlodipine 1x2 ASA(81mg) 1x1 BCO/ Folic 1x1
