  4. T.A.D. sanitary division is a new division of TECNICAPOMPE ZANINsrl in charge of planning and developping of pumping systems suitable for gentle transfer of delicate food-stuffs. Advantages of our pumping systems: 1 – CIP-cleanability (everytime hygienically controlled process) 2 – extremely gentle transfer of delicate food-stuffs 3 – long life and technical reliability (SS AISI316)

CIP-Cleanability (HCP) Our self-priming & pumping units (UPB-SP type), our pumping units equipped with water re-circulating system (UPB type), our suction discriminators, separators, our accessories (fittings and clamp-closing) as well as all the machines produced by Tecnicapompe Zanin Srl are made of quality Stainless Steel AISI316, mirror-polished inside in order to be fully cleanable by CIP and avoid any eventual bacterial creation on the surfaces in contact with the transferred media.

  6. CIP-Cleanability (HCP) ALL OUR pumping units & accessories can be cleaned by CIP/SIP, both at high temperature of by using chemical washing medias. By using CIP/SIP the surfaces in contact with the transferring media will be mainteined fully clean and there will be no bacterial infection by changing application, place or transferred media.

  7. GENTLE TRANSFER OF DELICATE FOOD-STUFFS ZCD-concept:thanks to their special impeller’s shape, our screw-impeller pumps type ZCD are capable to transfer delicate solid food-stuffs mixed to the water or other liquid media without any damage.

  8. LONG & RELIABLE WORKING LIFE Thanks to the high quality materials (SS AISI316), the professional technical designing and manufacturing, our pumps and pumping units can be used for many years even for heavy-duty applications or aggressive medias (salted water f.e.).

  9. GAMMA UPB-SP The pumping unit system UPB-SP is completely automatic and autonomous, since it only requires electricity. By means of an electric panel with a frequency converter, the user can regulate the transfer of the product, such as the quantity of the media, the speed of transfer etc. The whole pumping unit is completely made of stainless steel AISI 316, as well as its components which are in contact with the transferring media.   10. UPB-SP200 GAMMA UPB-SP The pump’s surfaces in direct contact with the transferred media are mecanically mirror-polished in order to get the best finishing and preserve therefore the media during transfer. UPB-SP400
