Events • EGEE’07 • Provided assistance with organisation and publicity • NA2 presentations • New concept – a slot in other activities’ sessions • Very positive feedback – increasing for next year – more activities, more sessions • SC’07 • Joint stand with GRNET and INFN • Some organizational hiccups, but all went well in the end • Good media opportunity – distributed 20 press packs and new press release • New promotional toys • Successfully negotiated a pitch for next year, despite the new rules • Learnt a lot to help with planning for next year NA2 F2F 27-28 November 07

Material • New material to use in dissemination • 4-page flyer • Lighter than annual report (cheaper to produce, easier to transport) • More attractive than info sheets • Will continue to be relevant into EGEE III • User Forum Abstracts book • Provides an excellent snapshot of the scientific impact of the project • Planned for all future User Forums • ISBN number means it can be cited, and considered a proper publication by authors, encouraging future submissions • Related Projects Booklet • Produced in conjunction with RPLO • Convenient size and format • Highlights the depth and breadth of the project • Belief video “Creative Connections” NA2 F2F 27-28 November 07
