  1. Introducing this quarter’s Putting Our Clients First award winners!..... Kimberly Kuczynski, Dawn Gonzalez, Al LedzdinAMERIPRISE was informed of two mergers that needed to be processed across over 200,000 accounts.  In the past, Ameriprise associates worked until 11pm to complete.This time, Fiserv quickly called the PRISM team and engaged them to help, accomplishing the processing in just a few short hours.
