  5. Forms 1-4, Housing Resolutions & Accountable Reimbursement Policy (long and short) All forms can be found on the Great Plains Conference website, in multiple locations. On main page by clicking on the “Charge Conference Resources” box. Or click on “Offices, districts and staff”, go down the page to the listing of the Districts and go to your District (forms will be available on both the Salina and the Hays District pages). For Salina, “Salina District Forms and Reports”. For Hays, “Networks 4 & 6 Hays Salina District Forms, Reports, & Calendar”. NOTE: these will be added on Sept 11th by 5pm.

  6. Accountable Reimbursement Policy (long and short) There are templates for long or short versions on the Great Plains Conference website and GCFA website. On GP site, go to Administration drop down, click on Treasurer Resources. On the page, click on Employment/Staffing in blue or along left side of page. Then click on Accountable Reimbursement in blue towards bottom of page or along left side of page. This will then take you to the page where you may click on the samples of long form or short form.

  7.   8. These will be brought to the charge conference. Churches must bring Roll Call sheets with them.
