  2. 1、Compressor At present, R290 compressor development has been basically completed. The compressor is suitable for 1-3HP air conditioning and dehumidifiers and so on. Compared with the R22 compressor, the R290 compressor has 5% energy efficiency improvement.

  3. 2、Air conditioner China air conditioner enterprises have completed the development of windows and split type R290 air conditioners、dehumidifiers and so on. The R290 split air conditioner developed cold, heat pump, inverter products. Cool capacity from 1HP to 2HP.

  4. 3、Certification Many enterprises have developed R290 air-conditioning pass the CCC(China Compulsory Certification ) certification, they obtained the license to enter the Chinese market to sale. Some enterprises developed R290 products have obtained international certification such as TUV, VDE, UL and so on

  5. 4、Standard Through China government support and China's air conditioner industry efforts, 3 national standards relating to flammable refrigerants were passed and implemented. 1、Particular requirements for transportation of room air-conditioner employed the flammable refrigerants 2、Safety technical code for using flammable refrigerants in household and similar refrigeration appliances industry 3、Particular requirements for installation service and transportation of room air-conditioner employed the flammable refrigerants

  6. 5、Production line reconstruction China air conditioning enterprises have actively participated in the R290 production line transform, total of 18 air-conditioning production lines and 3 compressor production lines have been transform from R22 to R290.

  7. 6、Training In order to reduce the risk of R290 air-conditioning in installation and maintenance, We have set up 21 training centers for good practice and service, they are responsible for training refrigeration employees .

  8. 7、Market promotion In March 2015, Shanghai appliances Expo, UNEP, GIZ, FECO, CHEAA, UNIDO jointly issued a low carbon identity, opened the R290 air conditioner in the market of the prelude.

  9. 8、Demonstration 1 In June 2015, R290 A/C is successfully listed in Shenzhen,the first 243 units installed and used in the Shenzhen University.

  10. 9、Demonstration 2 In May 2016, Jiaxing Nanyang Vocational and Technical College has purchased 1043 R290 split air conditioners.

  11. 10、Demonstration 3 In June 2016, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) purchase 53 units R290 air conditioning from the to Haier appeared on the exterior wall of the United Nations building in Beijing.

  12. Our challenge • The safety standards of use for flammable refrigerants in air conditioner are too stringent； • Charge limits, hinder the serialization of the product ； • After sale operation lack of standardization; • Professional training is required for after sales staff.
