2. Bhopal School of Social Sciences ,popularly known among the Bhopal crowd as BSSS,is located in the city of lakes Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. • BSSS was established in 1972.

3. Bhopal School of Social Sciences was envisioned and established in response to the felt need of the time for a broad based, job oriented curriculum with focus on social service and entrepreneurship.Over the course of the past 39 years BSSS has evolved into one of the premier educational institutes of Madhya Pradesh shaping the educational landscape of the state.

4. Mission Statement • Building up a student community which is able to take bold initiatives, capable of purposeful and critical thinking, sensitive to the socio-economic needs of the country, that will step out into society and play its rightful role in contributing “Towards a Better World.”

OBJECTIVES • To keep pace with global advances in education, by providing technical and professional courses at home and abroad. • To facilitate the development of entrepreneurial, managerial and communication skills as well as interpersonal relations. • To encourage a humanistic approach that overcomes cultural and religious differences. • To enable the all round development of students by encouraging projects, field work, interactive sessions and co- curricular activities.
