Internet Café Moratorium-Background • 180-day moratorium expires on November 6, 2011 • Proposed ordinance extends moratorium for another 180-days to May 4, 2012 • The City of Palm Coast will not accept or act on applications which are subject to this moratorium until it has expired • Moratorium will not affect existing operations or pending applications currently in the system prior to May 10, 2011

  3. Internet Café Moratorium • Moratorium will permit staff to draft ordinance regulating Internet Cafes as directed by City Council. • Staff will provide draft ordinance at a future workshop.
