  2. The material in this presentation is intended to create a standard that sets you apart from other reps and contractors. This information is specifically designed to maximize your success in the company, and your ability to make money. Throughout this presentation there are key practices, standards and knowledge insights that will establish you as aDistinguished Roofing Professional.

  3. Please follow along closely to optimize this discovery module. Grab a pen and piece of paper to jot down any questions you may have or key points you uncover as you go through it. If available, please get a hard copy of the Agreement to have in front of you during the presentation. Fill it in as you go through the presentation and use that as your template. Thank you!

  4. To complete the Agreement, you will need a hard copy of the Agreement • While a fillable PDF version is available for your laptop, iPad, iPhone or Android system, most Home Owners are still more comfortable using pen and paper.

  6. The first section is about personal information. The Agreement should be filled out before you enter the home.

  24. “Standard” Ridge Vented Non Vented Can you see the ‘vented’ difference? The horizontal edge of the shingle is raised/vented

  25. “Enhanced” Ridge You can tell an enhanced ridge by thethickness at the exposed end.

  26. to Decking All OC – True Def All Brownwood Why the question about ‘Open Eaves’ here where we are talking about nails? White Weave 1 1/4 Gal We always give a free upgrade to 1 ¼ inch galvanized nails, instead of the industry standard 1 inch

  28. Open Eave Because if you use 1¼ inch nails on open eaves (or rooms without ceilings) the tips of your nails will be exposed and incur very costly repairs.
