SUMMER INTERNSHIP It's for secondary school students and takes place during the summer period of learning activities suspension. • INTERNSHIP ABROAD It's a specific kind of internship which framework has been developed by Fvg Region during two specific international Leonardo Projects: Premo and TRACK.   6. PROFESSIONAL APPRENTICESHIP Aims to achieve a professional qualification through a training program carried out in a company. Young people between 18 and 29 can participate. ADVANCED TRAINING AND RESEARCH APPRENTICESHIP Addressed to young people under 29 who want to obtain a master's degree or a PhD research; allows companies to have specialized people and gives young people the opportunity to strengthen their skills.   7. Assessment of costs and benefits Regional Administration pays the training for apprenticeship. During last years the professional part of the training has been left in charge of the company. The transversal part of the training is still carried on by VET System.   10. The capacity to create a solid basis for shared and common decisions and design Today Friuli Venezia Giulia Region has not officially inserted yet the dual approach in the Educational system. The training sector and the education sector still struggle to have a good dialogue. Both apprenticeship and internship in fact are tools that can be used after the School period and when you are trying to enter into the labour market. The capacity to create a solid basis for shared and common decisions and design Something is moving with the new international mobility policies that our region is beginning to support due to the target (6% of trainees have to participate in mobility processes within 2020) assigned by the European Commission. To hit the target also students and teachers will be involved in training and internships abroad through submission of Erasmusplus Programe Key Action 1 proposals. Also the ESF will fund international mobility projects, covering the targets of people not covered by ERASMUS PLUS. A structured dual system for students during the school period is not preview yet.   12. FVG Region has been involved in an international Leonardo Project, TRACK, in which has been developed a framework to assess and recognize the learning outcomes gained abroad. SUCCESS AND FAILURE FACTORS Analyzing the Austrian report emerged that the apprenticeship salary is increqasing year by year and that the 35% of free lance have an apprenticeship qualification Reading the German report we can understand that companies pay for the apprenticeship training more than the simple allowances. So we can deduce that the apprenticeship has good dignity in the collective opinion and that trainees and companies invest a lot in this training period.   16. The Italian, German and Austrian educational and training system are very different In Germany and Austria it is stronger and more effective than in Italy. At the end of the apprenticeship period the majority of trainees find a job well paid with good opportunities of growth. In Italy the apprenticeship is probably still a way to hire young people paying less taxes and the training aspect is still underestimated.
