LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY… Leadership in the school requires a commitment to develop and promote the best instructional strategies, mange communities of learners and take an active role in forming partnerships with stakeholders to enhance student achievement. It is my sincerest belief that a principal must possess interpersonal skills that reflect a sense of caring, love compassion and patience when guiding educators to create a classroom environment that is favorable to students’ learning and personal growth. As a result these skills will contribute to the motivation of children to develop skills, good attitudes and knowledge needed to further their education development to become a productive member of society.

  4. How Does the Leader of “operation” of School effect the school?

  5. Mock - Writing Guidelines Teacher: Pass out the materials (test document, scratch paper, pencils) before reading the instructions for the exam. Tell the students not to open the test document while waiting for the directions to be read. Also, instruct the students fill out the front page of the testing document. (approx. 10 - 15 min.) Directions:    Teacher: (SAY) Today, you will be given a writing assessment. This assessment is going to determine your skill level of writing. Teacher: (SAY) There are 3 different modes of writing being given today – expository, persuasive, and narrative. Read the prompt carefully before you begin writing your essay. Teacher: (SAY) If you have any questions during the test please raise your hand, I will assist you. Please remember that I’m not allowed to tell you what to write nor am I able to read the prompt to you. Teacher: (SAY) This test is 50 minutes. Teacher: Are there any questions? Student: Questions will vary. Teacher: You may start now. Teacher: Stop. Testing is now complete. * All testing documents will be picked up by a member of the writing committee.
