Introduction The Freehold Mineral Tax System is the automated interface for Freehold Mineral Tax clients to: • Query their own Freehold Production Entity data • Add/Delete Lessee roles • Transfer Lessee Roles (Payor, PE Administrator, Lessee) • Download Unit Values • Submit Unit Values • Manage their Work in Progress Each module contains business information on using the module, as well as a "Show Me" movie which provides a short video that walks you through the module functionality.

Roles The Site Administrator can assign the following roles for Freehold Mineral Tax:Concurrer - the client can concur a requestCoordinator - the client can view all requests for company and assign groupsCreator - the client can create and submit a requestViewer - the client can view a RequestIf you are a Site Administrator, click on the link below to learn more about ETS Account Setup and Preferences.   5. Confidentiality Table This table describes the information that each FMT role can access.Examples:PE Administrator can see all data (Y) in the column with the exception of Unit Values and Statements.Owner can see all information except for Unit Values.
