VERSION HISTORY

This document outlines the annual monitoring procedure for collaborative provision within a university. It details how the university centre leader conducts visits to partner institutions twice a year, compiles reports on these visits, and addresses issues raised by partners. The partner submits relevant monitoring reports, which are discussed and reviewed, leading to action plans. Additionally, the university's faculty compiles overview reports for internal review, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met in programme delivery. Timelines and responsibilities for submissions and reviews are clearly defined.
