  4. What should a Hotelier do?

  5. The Hotel or the Restaurant has to just provide a best possible discount to the association • May display the signees of the association • Can offer special discounts if any promotions are done

  6. How hotelier get benefited?

The association enrolls only 1 hotel in each category for a pin-code (Economy / 3 Star / 4 Star / Luxury), therefore the members are made to use only your hotel in your area • The members are the general public and not pertaining to any group or community or bank users • The association promotes the enrolled hotels / their events / food and beverage outlets, via – Websites, Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Monthly e-letters,Introductory letter,Short Message Service (SMS), etc., Contd.,

Provides leads for Banquets / Conference (Enquiries posted via our websites) • Provides Staff (Entries posted via our websites) • Provides Suppliers with discounts (Suppliers enrolled with us) • Provides label advertisement for free of cost in our websites (For 1 month) • Each member establishment will be provided with 2 nos. of membership cards at free of cost

  9. How does it works?

  10. A registered member would be provided with a membership card valid till 31st March of every year. There after the membership card expires and the member should apply for a new membership card. But each member will be given a grace period of 1 month i.e., till 30th April of every year. • The hotel or the restaurant will be provided with an User ID and password for our website in which the establishment can indentify the unique member of our association. • Once confirmed, the establishment has to provide the agreed discount to the member. • The association does not claim any kind of monetary benefits from the establishments

We do not demand any percentage of discount from any establishment but keep in mind that other establishments from your same area can approach us and provide us higher discount^*@#$>, so provide us with a decent amount of percentage you can afford…. • Go to www.harua.in and download the contract form to your system. Fill in the required details and mail the filled form to tieup@harua.in • Please give us 15 working days for us to do the needful at our end, to promote your establishment….
