  15. We will: Arrive in 12 hours or less with pharmaceuticals and other medical materiel and equipment. Continue to provide support for as long as it is needed. Constantly update what we keep in stock to ensure it supports the needs of states. Buy what states need from the private sector if we do not stock it. Assist states plan for and use the materiel we provide. Summary
