Login to Kronos by using: Username* = Rollins Email Username Password* = Rollins Email Password *IN ALL CAPS for 1st Login Example: Joe Smith = JSMITH Login to Kronos using your username & password Contact Supervisor to reset password I have only one job in Kronos A Kronos will prompt you to change your password. In the future, you may change your password anytime by selecting the Change Password link located on the left navigation pane in Kronos. Kronos opens in TimeStamp Screen B I have more than one job in Kronos

Kronos Time Stamp Process Map for Students – Page 2 I have only one job in Kronos Click the Record TimeStamp Button to record IN punch A I am recording time for my primary job only (Home Labor Account) Click Log Off and exit Kronos I have more than one job in Kronos B I am recording time for my secondary job(s) Select Search from The Transfer Dropdown Box Recording OUT punch at conclusion of my shift C Select appropriate ORGN & POSN And click OK To record IN punch click the Record TimeStamp Button.

Click on Approvals tab and select Approve while you are in the My Timecard View.
