CFA Analysis by LISREL Title ตั้งชื่อการวิเคราะห์ DA=Data NI=Number of Input variables MA=Matrix Analyzed (Covariance matrix (CM), Correlation matrix (KM) NO=Number of Observations; sample size (n) Label แสดงชื่อของตัวแปรสังเกตได้ KM = Correlation Matrix; เป็น Input matrix สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ SY = Symmetry Matrix MO = Model Specification เป็นการกำหนดโมเดล NX = Number of X variable (IV) จำนวนของตัวแปรอิสระ ตัวแปรสาเหตุ NY = Number of Y variable (DV) จำนวนของตัวแปรตาม ตัวแปรผล GA = Gamma Matrix ที่มีขนาด (R x C) (row = DV, column = IV) FU = Full Matrix ---> ประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์ทุกค่าในสมาชิกภายในเมทริกซ์ FR = Free Parameter ---> เปิดให้ประมาณค่า PH = PHI Matrix ที่มีขนาด (R x C) (row=column = IV x IV) DI = Diagonal เมทริกซ์ที่มีเฉพาะสมาชิกในแนว Diagonal ส่วนสมาชิกเหนือและใต้แนว Diagonal มีค่าเป็น 0
