Enhancing Green Jobs Training: Collaboration for Youth Development and Job Placement
The GHHI Workforce Development initiative, running from November 2011 to December 2012, aims to improve the Green Jobs Training Program with DWEJ and YDB, benefiting 200 students. By combining training resources, we provide participants with essential skills, including Healthy Homes training, Integrated Pest Management, and Geothermal Installer courses. Our entrepreneurial development tracks will empower graduates for job placements within various key partnerships, including Healthy Homes Production Grants and apprenticeships. The Talent Hub serves as a central point for connecting graduates with opportunities.
