Monthly Review Notification Scheduled Review Notices for End Users In accordance with Section 5, Scheduled Reviews, of Procedure No. 025-020-002, Standard Operating System, procedural documents are scheduled for periodic review every 24 months  for continued need or updating. In accordance with Section 11, Policies, of Procedure No. 025-020-002, Standard Operating System, policies are reviewed by the Executive Committee annually (Transportation Policies in September and Administrative Policies in March). The following is a list of procedural documents approaching their scheduled review date. Users are encouraged to review any documents that may impact their functional area and submit any comments or suggestions for improvement to the applicable Central Office contact person, with a copy to Forms and Procedures, MS 18, or OP936TA, by 7/1/2005. Offices or districts should combine comments into one response. District comments must be coordinated through the District Secretary. If there are NO COMMENTS, no response is necessary. Central Office contact people are NOT required to respond to this notice. In two months you will receive a separate notice requiring response based on any comments received.
