ENCUESTA DE SATISFACCIÓN DE ALUMNOS CON EL PROGRAMA FORMATIVO UNIVERSIDAD DE SALAMANCA El cuestionario fue incorporado a la documentación que se entrega a los alumnos de segundo año y posteriores en el proceso de matriculación. • Colaboraron el Servicio de Gestión Académica • Y las Secretarías de los Centros Se han obtenido 8.466 cuestionarios válidos (31.43%) que se ajustan a la siguiente distribución •  a) Centros propios 8.312 • b) Centros adscritos 154 • Tipo de Cuestionario: Combinación de Preguntas Cerradas • Fechas de aplicación del cuestionario: septiembre y octubre de 2005.

ENCUESTA ALUMNOS 2005/2006 • El cuestionario lo compone un total de 34 preguntas distribuidas según los siguientes epígrafes: • Organización de la Enseñanza • Plan de Estudios y su Estructura • Proceso de Enseñanza - Aprendizaje • Instalaciones e Infraestructuras • Acceso y Atención al Alumno • La escala de medida de la satisfacción se representa en una valoración que va desde 1 totalmente en desacuerdo a 5 totalmente de acuerdo con el contenido expresado
