  2. Background • Career Wise has been recruiting for success for more than 20 years. • Achieving more than 80% pass rate every year. • Through put rate of 70% annually. • Most of our former bursars holding senior positions in private sector and in government.

  3. Receiving candidate requirements from client • Disciplines • Years of study • Type of qualification • Race and Gender • Geography

  4. Marketing • Public South African Universities and Universities of Technology. • Specific faculties and departments. • Financial Aid offices. • Universities Handbooks. • Bursary Register Publication. • Career Wise Website Application Platform. • Letters to school principals.

  5. Process • Receive application closing date. • Screen both online and physical paper applications. • Shortlist suitable and qualifying applicants. • Contact shortlisted candidates for the preliminary interview. • Conduct preliminary interview and provide career guidance and counselling to candidates. • Select and invite candidates for the final selection interview with a client. • Ratio of 2:1 or 3:1 • Prepare the selected candidates for the final selection interview with the client. • Psychometric testing - optional to the client - CW has been successful without the use of Psychometric testing. • Arranges and organise all the logistics , that is the interview venue and all transport arrangements for the candidates from home to the interview venue and back home.

Final Interviews • Conduct Final Selection Interview. • Confirm Awards to the successful candidates. • Communicate results to unsuccessful candidates and keep them on our database. • Draw up contracts to the awarded candidates. • Confirm contracts - make sure they are all signed correctly. • Induction to the awarded candidates - Make sure they understanding the content of the contract and what is expected from them academcially and behavioral. • Make sure that awarded candidates are registered at the varsity for the right degree/diplomas. • Provide Life Skills Course - Foundations for Personal Effectivess.
