Meet Mr. Law • Working at J M Odom for 5 years • Taught Middle School - grades 6-8 Language Arts and Drama • Degrees in Social Studies Education, Middle Grades Education, and Guidance and Counseling • Back in college for a 6 year degree in Instructional Technology • Lives in Adel, Georgia with two dogs and one cat- Simba (a Poodle), Jasmine ( a Cocker Spaniel) and Ariel (the cat) ---Look for picture ahead

  4. Meet Ivan and Abigale • Ivan is Mr. Law’s 8 year old boy puppet. He visits with Mr. Law in classes to talk about problems. • Abigale is Mr. Law’s 9 year old girl puppet. She visits classes to talk to students.

  5. A School Counselor is a person that HELPS students solve problems that they may have. A School Counselor listens to and HELPS students when they want to discuss feelings. A School Counselor works with student’s parents, teachers, principals, and other adults to HELP the student learn and be happy and safe. A School Counselor is a FRIEND who HELPS.
