24. SIFE Support Service Liverpool • What?Business growth in Liverpool is only 1.2%, compared to the national average of 7.4% - a statistic that SIFE Liverpool wanted to combat. They acted as a business consultants for four local restaurants and worked with them to become more successful. • How?Developing the business skills of the proprietors by educating them in target marketing; book keeping; ethical product sourcing etc. They also organised a ‘Culture Fusion’ Event earning each restaurant £200 for 2 hours of service. • Principles taught?Market Economics, Personal Success Skills,Entrepreneurship,Financial Literacy & Business Ethics
