Collaborative Development of Postprocessing Methods in WP4 Sessions

The WP4 working group will convene for a series of parallel sessions focused on the exchange of postprocessing methodologies and the presentation of guidelines for best practices. Participants will discuss and define up to three key projects, with a maximum of nine projects retained by the steering committee. COSMO members are encouraged to allocate two Person Units (PUs) to their chosen projects, with additional contributions welcome. Proposed initiatives include a short-range ensemble with customized perturbations, addressing aspects such as grid point statistics and their integration into hydrological models.
