  3. 2011: Q2 GHA: Glycemic Management Q2 2011 Data Analysis • 9 Hospitals submitting data • 19,341 patients represented • 175,489 reportable glucose levels

  4. 2011: Q2 % of patients euglycemic (70 – 200) = 90% % of patients hyperglycemic (>200)= 9.5% Rate of hypoglycemia= 3.9%

  5. 2011: Q2 % of patients discharged with glucose <70 mg/dl or > 300mg/dl = 3.5%
