  3. Why? • Common approach important to ensure • Consistency • Simplicity • Efficiency • To be adapted for all documents to be consolidated in the TT Operation Guide • Milestone P1 CERN, Technology Transfer

Concept • Systematic way to break down processes and describe the tasks and milestones • Define for each task • Objectives • Deliveries • Responsibilities • Identify dependencies between tasks • Provide tools and templates where necessary • Identical layout (organized later by E&H) CERN, Technology Transfer

  5. Guidelines for deliveries • See word document for example • Deliveries to the Guide from TTOP milestones CERN, Technology Transfer

  6. Milestone P2 – Open a TT Case • Criteria for opening a case: • Possible TT potential • Internal trigger • Availability of TTOs • Applies to foreseen Partnerships and Licenses only • Other schemes must be handled individually CERN, Technology Transfer
