The Director Qualification Program has undergone significant changes aimed at enhancing the path to Directorship. With 84% of DIQ members now earning compensation based on their personal team success, and 16% relying on the Dream Team, there are new incentives in place. Aspiring directors must achieve $30,000/$45,000 in cumulative team sales over three rolling months, ensuring no month falls below $7,000/$9,000. Effective January 2014, a $1,000 step-up bonus for first-time directors is introduced. The transition period runs until April 2014, creating opportunities for all DIQs.
